Building skills for a brighter future
Our Mentorship Program evolved from the success of the Wajukuu Maker Space, offering structured training to develop practical, marketable skills. We use Design Thinking methodologies to equip participants with the tools they need to create sustainable livelihoods.
Participants receive guidance from industry professionals while gaining access to our full range of Maker Space resources. The program combines technical skills with entrepreneurship and innovation training.
Our journey of empowerment
Our inaugural cohort focused on establishing core skills and building confidence among participants. We developed a curriculum that balanced technical training with creative development.
Building on the success of our first cohort, we expanded our curriculum to include more advanced technical skills and deeper entrepreneurship training. This cohort had a special focus on sustainable product design.
